Captain Cris of Jaguar Boats PV

Jaguar Boats PV In The Spotlight

Jaguar Boats PV offers a personal service unlike any other boating experience.  Captain Cris creates the perfect day for you on the water.  Get up close and personal with Los Arcos, snorkel with full face masks, fish (bait, rods & license included), have fresh oysters and Red Snapper on the beach – where you go is up to you.  Or let Cris show you some of the hidden gems most tourists don’t get to explore.

His 27’ Panga seats 8-10 people and leaves from the Los Muertos pier.  Minimum rental is 4 hours minimum.

Let’s meet Captain Cris…

HOW OLD WERE YOU WHEN YOUR LOVE OF THE WATER BEGAN?

Since I can remember.  Water is the solution to all problems.  The ocean cures your sadness, a bad day, everything.

TELL ME ABOUT YOUR FAVORITE LUNCH PLACE AND WHAT YOU ORDER THERE.

Wherever we go by boat – Las Animas or Yelapa – I always order the stuffed seafood.  It’s the freshest seafood you’ll have here.  Trust me.

YOU RELATE WELL WITH PEOPLE – WHERE HAVE YOU TRAVELLED?

I spent 12 years in Europe, mostly in Amsterdam.  I spent a lot of time in Rome too.

OKAY, THAT BRINGS ME TO ASK WHAT LANGUAGES DO YOU SPEAK FLUENTLY?

I speak fluent English, Spanish, and Italian.  I also speak a little Arabic too, I spent 3 years in Morocco.

WHAT IS THE THING YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT WHAT YOU DO?

I love making people happy, seeing them have a good time.

YOU HAVE A LOVE FOR FISHING.  WHAT WAS YOUR MOST PRIZED CATCH?

I once caught two Blue Marlins, back to back, on the same fishing trip.  They were each about 5 feet long.

HOW CLOSE HAVE YOU EVER BEEN TO A BREACHING WHALE?

Literally, I’ve been about 10-12 feet from a breaching whale.  I see them often when I’m out on Banderas Bay.  I play a little opera music (I’m not kidding) and go towards them gently.  The whale has to be relaxed in order for you to approach.
