Back to Serrano’s Meat House.

I’m in love with their breakfast. My usual: bagel caprese – a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese, sliced fresh tomatoes and pesto. It comes with a small side of fresh fruit. Pure delight.

And for those of you looking for a great cup of decaf coffee – look no further. I know, the whole ‘decaf’ comment is for another time, another post. Decaf isn’t easy to find here so when can have a great cup to go with my breakfast, I’m pretty happy about it.

We went here back in October and again on our current trip. The food was good and the waitstaff was excellent . It’s in a great location – just across from Lazaro Cardenas and on the Malecon. So take a seat outdoors, enjoy your breakfast and go for a stroll on the Malecon – it could be just what you need to start another perfect day here in paradise.
